Alejandro Ramirez
Alejandro (Alex) has been in the construction industry since 1999. His construction experience ranges from remodels and additions to rough framing large 400+ unit apartment complexes. Over the years he has worked his way from being a carpenter to reaching his dream of starting his own company this year.
Alex works directly with every client to ensure that their vision is met. He is passionate and committed to taking our clients ideas and dreams, and turning them into a reality.
Jessica Guzman
Jessica started her journey in construction while earning her bachelors at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She went on to obtain her Masters in Civil Engineering and began her career as a structural engineer with Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, Inc.
Soon afterwards, Jessica joined Alex to form Neza Construction Inc. She works behind the scenes to make sure your vision is brought to life in a timely manner. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from marketing, estimating, and project management.
